My journey with the power of breath began 16 years ago through my first encounters with yoga. Later, the profound energy of Integrative Breathing trainings deepened this path. In 2016, I became a certified instructor through the Institute for Integral Development and the Austrian Association for Integrative Breathing. The Crystal Room emerged from a long journey of exploration through breathwork, yoga, psychology, and integral philosophy — a search for beauty, balance, and harmony. Here, I have created a space filled with the strength of the Earth and the quiet presence of trust and surrender.

Breathwork Session

Total duration: 120 minutes

  • 20 min opening conversation and setting the intention for the breathwork
  • 60 min guided breathing session
  • 20 min relaxation and rest
  • 20 min closing conversation and sharing

After the session, time is given for reflection and integration of the experience.

The Method

Integrative Breathing is a method of inner psychological work. It combines proven breathing practices with a wide range of tools drawn from different psychological methods and techniques.

Through conscious, connected breathing, body, soul, and spirit meet in a deeply intimate way. Experiences of a biographical and sometimes transpersonal nature may arise into awareness, allowing them to be consciously integrated.

The breath is a natural healer, capable of reaching deeply into every corner of the body and the inner world. It helps transform unconscious patterns and builds bridges between the physical and the emotional.

The experiences that unfold during a breathing session deepen and strengthen the connection between our inner and outer worlds, helping us recognize the outer world as a mirror of what is happening within us.

Individual session: 60 EUR

Before the Session:

  • Eat at least 1.5 hours before the practice
  • Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day after the session
  • If you feel tired or depleted afterward, take quick carbohydrates
  • Remember: Observe and enjoy the effects of the breathing session
